What is the process to get assistance?

1) Fill out the application completely on the "Need Assistance" Tab.

2) Submit the application, copy of current ID, proof of income and itemized funeral home/crematorium statement via email or mail. Email address giveafuneral@outlook.com.

*ALL ASSISTANCE IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AS FUNDS ARE AVALIABLE. 

*WE ONLY SERVE OKLAHOMA FAMILIES DUE TO FUNDING LIMITATIONS RIGHT NOW.

QUESTION

How do you determine what families get assistance?

We base the approvals on the federal proverty guidelines since there are so many families that need help as of now.

For 2020

Dependents       Annual gross income

0                         under $12,000 

1- 4                     under $26,200

5 - 8                    under $44,120

       

IN ADDITION TO THESE GUIDELINES ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BE APPROVED FOR ASSISTANCE.

QUESTION

Do you pay the families directly for funeral expenses?
No, we pay the funeral homes, crematoriums or monument companies.
